ROTR DLC Pack: What's New and What's Next for the Tomb Raider Franchise

This DLC is more action-oriented but does include some story and puzzle elements. It is accessed through the Expeditions section of the main menu. The Ushanka outfit, Voidhammer shotgun, and Cold Darkness Card pack (15 permanent foil cards) are unlocked gradually as you beat challenges. There's also a separate set of achievements/trophies.

This content was released October 11, 2016. It is included along with all the other DLC in the 20 Year Celebration edition. It is also part of the Season Pass for PC and Xbox One, and it can be purchased separately as the 20 Year Celebration DLC pack on Steam or Xbox LIVE.

Rise of the Tomb Raider 20 Year Celebration Pack This pack includes five classic Lara Croft skins, an outfit and weapon inspired by Tomb Raider III and the new Extreme Survivor difficulty setting for the main story.

Other cards can be added by either receiving them as Gifts (e.g. when they are part of an add-on or as an in-game reward) or by purchasing a pack in exchange for credits in-game or by buying them for real money in the Xbox store.

All of these card packs can be acquired with in-game Credits, however, you also have the option of purchasing packs using real money through the virtual store of your platform. Diamond and Platinum packs have been introduced to the game with the launch of the 20 Year Celebration edition.

Cards act as modifiers when you replay chapters in expeditions mode. You can buy them with credits from the marketplace. You get credits by replaying chapters or getting the gold medals in score attack. You also receive lots of free card packs and credits from completing the main game 100% (can be redeemed in the gifts section of marketplace).

Each pack has 5 cards, so you need to buy 60 packs in total. The marketplace has different rarity packs available. For the trophy you should only buy the cheapest option for 5000 credits.60 card packs x 5000 credits = 300,000 credits total.

Blood Ties is compatible with HTC Vive and Oculus Rift. The chapter is available as part of the 20 Year Celebration DLC pack or can be downloaded for free by those who own the 20th Anniversary Edition of the base game.
