Created on 3 classic FM synths (Yamaha DX7, FB01, TX81Z), Midi Error resurrects the sounds of the 1980s before contorting their descent into the sound systems of 2015. This pack contains all you need to beef-up your sound; with hard, evil synth tones, grizzly bass hits and twisted sound fx.Containing in excess of 200 Oneshot sounds, FM Synths has over 150 loops; featuring FM lead elements, backing rhythmns and modulated FX at tempos to suit the modern electronic artist. Also included are over 100 FM Drum Hits and 13 Multi-Sampled instuments recorded over 5 octaves, enabling you to play the synth patches as they were originally.Each of the sounds have been recorded direct from the hardware, with no processing or after effects - making them mean, clean and raw. Modulated loops have been recorded with live parameter changes for a living, organic quality.

There's more than 250 piercing one-shot variations and over 50 tape-delayed, tempo locked samples, clearly labelled and categorised into folders like "Chord", "Digital", "Lo-fi" and "Modulator".

The barebones instrumental makes every individual component feel so much more vivid, each sound striking with purpose. For something so restrained and sonically off-kilter, it\u2019s hard to imagine unleashing your body to it, but the song has an addictive vibration. Your guide across this twisted dancefloor is aya, her voice spanning crinkly whispers, mutated croaks, cries that swerve between multiple octaves in a single second, and all-out shouts about how she\u2019s \u201Cnow ecstatic\u2026 anaphylactic.\u201D The lyrics aren\u2019t always intelligible but when they are they penetrate. \u201CCome over we could fuck the void out of each other,\u201D she says like a character from Under the Skin.
